Arriving late may reduce the time available for your treatment. Your session will end as scheduled to avoid delays for the next guest, and the full treatment fee will apply.
Most massage and body treatments are best enjoyed without clothing; however, you may wear whatever makes you most comfortable. Our trained professionals use discreet draping techniques to ensure your privacy at all times.
Your comfort is our priority. If anything affects your relaxation, please let your spa therapist or spa director know—whether it’s the room temperature or massage pressure, we’re happy to adjust.
